某高压双馈异步风力发电机转子故障分析及维修浅析

Analysis of rotor failure and maintenance of a high-voltage doubly-fed asynchronous wind turbine

  • 摘要: 摘要:目前我国风电行业并网机型多为双馈风电机发电机组的主力机型,而双馈异步发电机是影响该机组性能和可靠性的重要部件。随着发电机塔上运行时间越来越长,电机的设计问题也渐渐暴露出来,文章主要分析一高压双馈发电机的设计缺陷,重点剖析转子端部绕组和转子引出电缆固定结构缺陷,基于有限元分析结果,重新改造缺陷结构,制定技改维修方案,以期最大限度的提高发电机的可靠性,降低风场运行成本和后期维修费用。

     

    Abstract: Abstract:Doubling-fed wind turbines are currently the main models of grid-connected wind turbines and Doubling-fed wind generator is an important component that affects the performance and reliability of the doubly-fed wind turbine. As generators run longer and longer on towers, generator design problems are gradually exposed. This paper mainly analyzes the design defects of high-voltage doubly-fed generators, focusing on the defects of the rotor end winding and the fixed structure of the rotor lead-out cables .Based on finite element analysis reconstruct defective structures and formulate technical renovation and maintenance plan .In order to maximize the reliability of generators, reduce wind farm operating costs and later maintenance costs.
