一种针对变电站直流失电的输电线路保护优化方案

An optimization scheme of transmission line protection for DC power loss of Substation

  • 摘要: 针对变电站直流电源系统失电故障,现有解决方案多从直流电源系统角度预防故障,以及通过投入备用电源或蓄电池进行处理。本文从继电保护角度提出一种线路保护应对变电站直流电源系统失电故障的优化方案,利用线路保护装置电源在掉电后能短暂维持正常供电这一特点,将直流电源接入线路保护开入,利用光纤纵连通道传输相关信息,综合判断出有一侧直流源失电后,另一侧调整后备保护或进行延时跳闸处理,若短时间电源自动恢复,则进行自动重合闸。此方案的实现可以更加灵活可靠应对变电站直流电源失电故障,保障电网安全可靠运行。

     

    Abstract: For the power failure of the DC power supply system in the substation, the existing solutions mostly prevent the failure from the perspective of the DC power supply system, or deal with it by putting in the standby power supply or battery. This paper puts forward an optimized scheme for line protection to deal with the DC power supply system failure of substation from the perspective of relay protection. By taking advantage of the feature that the power supply of line protection device can maintain normal power supply for a short time after power failure, connecte the DC power supply signal to a digital input of line protection, and transmitted through the optical fiber longitudinal channel with the relevant information. After comprehensively judging that one side of the DC source loses power, the other side will adjust backup protection or trip after delay. If the power supply is automatically restored in a short time, Automatic reclosing will be performed. The implementation of this scheme can be flexibly and reliably deal with the DC power failure of the substation and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.
