复杂大电网下输电线路运行态势智能感知及保护系统

Intelligent Sensing and Protection System of Transmission Line Operation Situation under Complex Large Power Grid

  • 摘要: 本文提出了复杂大电网下基于多维信息的高压输电线路智慧保护系统,该系统由智能感知终端、智能保护系统主机和智能执行终端三部分构成。智能感知终端获取输电线路本体的运行参数、运行环境信息和电气量信息,通过无线及有线方式接入网络层;智能保护系统主机利用接入的多维信息及线路的历史故障数据构建事故预测及干预模型,主动预测故障发生概率、故障发生类型及发展的趋势,并在区域电网冗余的基础上,采取有效的控制措施阻断故障的传播过程,控制故障引发的次生灾害;智能执行终端作为本系统的执行者,执行智能保护系统的跳合闸命令。这三部分共同形成了在线、动态、实时的输电线路智慧保护系统,来适应复杂的电网安全稳定运行的需要。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a high voltage transmission line intelligent protection system based on multi-dimensional information. The system consists of intelligent sensing terminal, intelligent execution terminal and intelligent protection system host. The intelligent sensing terminal obtains the operation parameters, operating environment and electrical quantity information of the transmission line, and connects to the network layer through wireless and wired ways. The host of intelligent protection system uses the multi-dimensional information and historical fault data of the line to build the accident prediction and intervention model, and actively predicts the occurrence probability, type and development trend of the fault, and based on the redundancy of regional power grid, effective control measures are taken to block the propagation process of fault and control the secondary disasters caused by the fault; as the executor of the system, the intelligent execution terminal output the tripping and closing command of the intelligent protection system. These three parts together form an online, dynamic and real-time intelligent protection system for transmission lines, which adapt to the needs of safe and stable operation of complex power grids.
