关于330MW机组几起磨煤机电动机跳闸原因分析 及故障消除

  • 摘要: 针对某电厂330MW机组在运行过程中,几起磨煤机电动机跳闸,根据现场检查分析,发现磨煤机电动机跳闸的原因是电动机中性点侧接线盒内接线不合理,接线端子引线几乎为直角弯,接线端子存在机械应力,在运行过程中容易产生应力裂纹,最终使接线端子断裂,电动机保护动作跳闸,经过对接线盒内接线的改造,消除了接线端子的机械应力。

     

    Abstract: in view of several trips of coal pulverizer motor during the operation of 330MW unit in a power plant, according to the on-site inspection and analysis, it is found that the reason for the trip of coal pulverizer motor is that the wiring in the junction box at the neutral side of the motor is unreasonable, the wiring terminal leads are almost right angle bends, and the wiring terminals are subject to mechanical stress, which is easy to produce stress cracks during the operation, and finally the wiring terminals are broken, and the motor protection action trips, After the transformation of the wiring in the junction box, the mechanical stress of the terminal is eliminated.
