一种智能型风冷快速对接箱的研发与使用

Development and use of an intelligent air-cooled quick docking box

  • 摘要: 摘要:变压器是电力系统非常关键的设备,它的安全运行对电力系统至关重要。就地冷却器控制柜的运行安全直接影响到变压器的使用寿命。然而在变压器运行过程中控制柜会有各种各样的故障。《变电站通用规程》要求在额定负荷下主变冷却器全停最长允许运行时间不得超过20min,若在20min内未恢复冷却器运行,将直接导致主变跳闸。为此,研发一种装置,能够解决主变冷却器控制系统发生故障后快速恢复正常运行情况,并在对接后能够准确采集、分析主变冷却器系统实时运行数据及现场运行工况,智能决策主变冷却器投切,在冷却器或对接箱发生故障时能发出报警。

     

    Abstract: Abstract: The transformer is a very critical device in the power system, and its safe operation is very important to the power system. The operational safety of the on-site cooler control cabinet directly affects the service life of the transformer. However, there will be various faults in the control cabinet during the operation of the transformer. The "General Regulations for Substations" requires that the maximum allowable operating time of the main transformer cooler under rated load shall not exceed 20 minutes. If the cooler operation is not restored within 20 minutes, it will directly cause the main transformer to trip. To this end, we developed a device that can quickly restore normal operation after a failure of the main transformer cooler control system, and can accurately collect and analyze the real-time operating data and on-site operating conditions of the main transformer cooler system after docking, and make intelligent decisions. The main transformer cooler is switched on and off, and an alarm can be issued when the cooler or the docking box fails. Key words: air-cooled;quick docking;transformer
