某风电场风机主轴轴承故障原因分析与润滑处理防护

Fault analysis and lubrication treatment of the main shaft bearing wind-driven generator of a wind farm

  • 摘要: 本文分析了某风场运行过程中风机主轴轴承产生温度异常升高故障的原因。通过对风力发电机组主轴轴承的现场拆盖检查、轴承部件磨损状态分析、润滑油脂分析、风机运行轴承温度对比,判断本次主轴轴承疲劳磨损、滚珠剥落主要原因为油脂质量劣化、失效引起。通过阐述润滑脂的工作维护以及主轴轴承的运行维护要点开展故障总结分析,制定相关纠正及预防措施,避免风机轴承再次发生同类故障。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the causes of abnormal temperature rise of the main shaft bearing during the operation of a wind farm. Through the inspection of the main shaft bearing of the wind turbine, the analysis of the wear of the bearing parts, the analysis of the lubricating grease, and the comparison of the bearing temperature during the operation of the wind turbine, it is judged that the main reasons for the wear of the main shaft bearing and the failure of the cage are the deterioration and failure of the grease quality. By expounding the working maintenance of lubricating grease and the key points of operation and maintenance of main shaft bearing, carry out fault summary and analysis, formulate relevant corrective and preventive measures, and avoid similar faults of fan bearing。
