Abstract: With economic development rapidly, the society has a higher demand for power supply quality and reliability. Under the premise of not realizing the dual power standby mode, uninterrupted operations of distribution network has been adopted to ensure the reliability of power supply. This paper analyzes the proportion of three kinds of uninterrupted operations modes of each branch company and the main operation items in CSG and the personnel configuration and core tools has been analyzed; the number of uninterrupted operations, operation rate and power transfer rate has made statistical analysis of each branch company in CSG; based on the statistics of uninterrupted operations, the relationship between the number of uninterrupted operations and the reduction of blackout time has been analyzed and studied to provide a clear direction and goal for the continuous improvement of each link in the process of uninterrupted operation.
