  • 摘要: 燃煤锅炉水冷壁的高温腐蚀是影响燃煤发电机组安全稳定运行的关键。在简要介绍了燃煤锅炉水冷壁主要腐蚀类型的现状和机理上,概述了普遍应用于燃煤锅炉以及垃圾发电锅炉防腐的主要技术,并对这些技术的特点进行了综述。相对来说,更换管壁材料的方式受到了成本与锅炉服役寿命等多方面因素的的制约。堆焊法应用得相对普遍,但高成本,低效率的缺陷依然使其备受挑战。热喷涂涂层是目前最常用的方法,但是多数热喷涂涂层结合强度不高,有小气孔,致密度不足,其中超音速火焰喷涂应用得较为广泛,但成本较高;在高温重熔技术中,高频感应重熔表现出了较大的发展潜力和广大的应用市场。

     

    Abstract: The high temperature corrosion of water wall of coal-fired boiler is the key to the safety and stability of coal-fired generating units. Based on the brief introduction of the present situation and mechanism of the main corrosion types of the water-cooled wall of coal-fired boilers, the main corrosion prevention technologies commonly used in coal-fired boilers and garbage power generation boilers are summarized, and the characteristics of these technologies are summarized. Relatively speaking, the way of replacing the pipe wall material is restricted by many factors such as cost and boiler service life. Surfacing welding is widely used, but it is still challenged by the defects of high cost and low efficiency. Thermal spraying coating is the most commonly used method at present, but most of the thermal spraying coatings have low bonding strength, small pores and insufficient density. Among them, supersonic flame spraying is widely used, but the cost is high; In the high-temperature remelting technology, high-frequency induction remelting shows great development potential and broad application market.
