某电厂锅炉空预器压差高故障分析与解决

Analysis and solution of high differential pressure fault of boiler air preheater in a power plant

  • 摘要: 某电厂在运行期间出现了空预器差压升高的问题,压差值远大于设计值。通过对煤种、吹灰蒸汽、排烟温度、喷氨等原因进行分析,得到了空预器差压升高的原因。原因明确后采取了相应的技术措施,通过精准喷氨技术改造优化调整后,彻底解决了空预器差压大的问题。空预器压差大的原因分析与解决方案可供其他机组参考。

     

    Abstract: During the operation of a power plant, the differential pressure of air preheater increased, and the differential pressure was much greater than the design value. By analyzing the reasons of coal type, soot blowing steam, exhaust gas temperature and ammonia injection, the reasons for the increase of differential pressure of air preheater were obtained. After the reason was clarified, corresponding technical measures were taken. After the technical transformation and optimization adjustment of precise ammonia injection, the problem of large differential pressure of air preheater was completely solved. The cause analysis and solution of large differential pressure of air preheater can be used as a reference for other units.
