基于睿渥系统的DCS改造

DCS retrofit based on The HNICS-T316 system

  • 摘要: 本文通过某电厂采用华能睿渥HNICS-T316分散控制系统进行全国产化DCS改造的情况进行了阐述。文中结合本次DCS改造的范围和要求,针对原XDPS-400+系统改造为全国产化的华能睿渥系统,对如何将其控制柜及扩展柜进行合理的设计布置进行了说明。同时,针对华能睿渥系统当前的特点,对DEH、ETS、MFT系统如何进行优化或变更等进行了阐述。最后作者对本次DCS改造的成功经验和存在的不足进行了总结。本文对拟进行DCS国产化改造的其它电厂机组具有较好的借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the situation of all localization DCS transformations is explained by the use of Huaneng Ruiwo HNICS-T316 decentralized control system in a power plant. Combined with the scope and requirements of the DCS transformation, the article explains how to make a reasonable design and layout of the control cabinet and expansion cabinet for the transformation of the original XDPS-400+ system into a fully localized Huaneng Ruiwo system. At the same time, according to the current characteristics of Huaneng Ruiwo system, how to optimize or change the DEH, ETS, MFT system is elaborated. Finally, the author summarizes the successful experience and shortcomings of this DCS transformation. This paper has a good reference effect on other power plant units that are planned to undergo DCS localization transformation.
