一起误碰电压回路造成主变越级跳闸事件分析及防范措施

Analysis and preventive measures of a main transformer step-by-step trip caused by erroneous touching of voltage circuit

  • 摘要: 备自投装置使系统自动装置与继电保护相结合,是一种对用户提供不间断供电经济而又有效的技术措施,而备自投装置主要以电压和电流定值为动作判据,同时其动作的可靠性也依赖于其本身定值设定和所涉及的断路器控制回路的完好性,本文主要分析一起某110kV变电站35kVⅡ段母线TV空开跳闸造成主变中压侧跳闸、备自投失败最终造成35kVⅡ段母线失压的事件,文中通过对该事件前运行方式、事件初步信息、备自投动作及失败原因分析,得出相应的防范措施,减少类似事件的发生。

     

    Abstract: The standby automatic switching device combines the system automatic device with relay protection, which is an economic and effective technical measure to provide uninterrupted power supply for users. The standby automatic switching device mainly takes the voltage and current fixed value as the action criterion, and its action reliability also depends on its own fixed value setting and the integrity of the circuit breaker control circuit involved, This paper mainly analyzes an event that the TV air switch trip of 35kV section II bus in a 110kV substation caused the trip of the medium voltage side of the main transformer, and the failure of the standby automatic switch finally caused the loss of voltage of 35kV section II bus. Through the analysis of the operation mode, preliminary information of the event, the action of the standby automatic switch and the failure causes before the event, the corresponding preventive measures are obtained to reduce the occurrence of similar events.
