配电网智能规划的数字建模与仿真研究

Numerical modelling and simulation of intelligent planning for distribution networks

  • 摘要: 配电网规划是分析配电网现状和负荷状况后,制定的改造方案。因电网规模不断扩大,不确定因素增多,导致规划效果差、精准度较低。为此,设计一种新的配电网智能规划数字模型并展开仿真实验。提取多时间尺度负荷分布向量,实时获取设备从投入使用到退出运行的状态信息。在变电站选址以及运行投入的基础上,分析路网信息的分布形态,以尽量降低电网改造成本为目标,进行用户切割,构建智能规划数字模型。仿真实验结果:配电网智能规划数字模型的终端传输速率均值较高,说明此次设计的配电网智能规划数字模型更加全面、精准性更高。

     

    Abstract: Distribution network planning is a transformation plan formulated after analyzing the current situation of distribution network and load. Due to the continuous expansion of the power grid scale and the increase of uncertain factors, the planning effect is poor and the accuracy is low. Therefore, a new digital model of intelligent distribution network planning is designed and simulated. Extract the multi-time scale load distribution vector, and obtain the status information of the equipment from being put into use to being out of operation in real time. On the basis of substation site selection and operation investment, analyze the distribution form of road network information, with the goal of reducing the cost of power grid transformation as much as possible, user segmentation is carried out, and an intelligent planning digital model is constructed. Simulation experiment results: The average terminal transmission rate of the digital model of intelligent planning of distribution network is higher, which indicates that the digital model of intelligent planning of distribution network designed this time is more comprehensive and accurate.
