Abstract: Inspection of power distribution lines and equipment is one of the key tasks of operation and maintenance personnel. At present, the operation content that needs to be carried out with inspection of power distribution includes: daily inspection and temperature measurement of lines and equipment, defect tracking, hidden trouble tracking, improvement of line layout, simple maintenance and so on. In the process of operation,in addition to the strict implementation of "two wear one wear" (wearing work clothes, work shoes and safety helmet), it is also necessary to carry communication tools, inspection terminals, infrared thermal imaging detectors, tools and other electronic operating tools. There are many tools, which are difficult to carry and easy lose, resulting in low efficiency of inspection operation. Research on wearable intelligent inspection terminal is based on the power safety helmet combined with intelligent wearable technology, tablet computer, infrared thermal imager and other highly integrated, forming a portable, can communicate at any time, automatic temperature measurement of intelligent equipment, so as to improve the efficiency of inspection.
