Abstract: Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the current ' planned dispatching mode ',under the situation of constructing unified power market system, this paper discusses the necessity of further coordi-nating power balance and new energy consumption, optimizing the unified coordination of sending and receiving, mining resource interaction between power supply and load, and transforming into the ' market dispatching mode '.From the perspective of variety design, process optimization and operation convergence, the unified power market system covering ' cross-regional reserve market ' and ' demand response market ' is comprehensively explored and constructed, to give full play to the collaborative efficiency of multi-layer markets and realize the optimal allocation of resources in bigger range.
