基于调度D5000系统的程序化操作关键技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Key Technology of Programmatic Operation based on Scheduling D5000 System

  • 摘要: 针对现有电网设备倒闸操作存在操作效率低、误操作风险高等突出问题,亟需通过技术创新提高设备倒闸的操作效率,降低误操作风险,本文提出了基于调度D5000系统的程序化操作方案及关键技术。首先介绍了调度端程序化操作系统的总体架构,程序化操作主要流程,重点介绍了程序化操作智能成票、安全综合防误及位置自动确认等关键技术,最后介绍了方案及关键技术在实际中的应用效果,调度端程序化操作功能适应性好,安全可靠,误操作风险低,操作效率高,减少因现场人工操作造成的额外停电时间,更好保证了电力可靠供应。

     

    Abstract: In view of the outstanding problems of low operation efficiency and high risk of misoperation in the current power grid equipment switching operation, it is urgent to improve the operation efficiency of equipment switching through technological innovation and reduce the risk of misoperation. The program operation scheme and key technologies based on dispatching D5000 system are proposed. First introduces the overall architecture of the procedural operating system scheduling end, main process procedure, mainly introduces the procedure, safety comprehensive intelligence into ticket and false, and isolating switch position key technologies such as automatic confirmation, finally introduces the scheme and key technology in the practical application effect of scheduling the procedure function adaptability is good, safe and reliable, low risk of wrong operation, High operation efficiency, reduce the extra power outage time caused by manual operation on site, better ensure the reliable supply of electricity.
