1.5MW风力机主轴磨损后的激光熔覆修复

Using laser cladding repair process to repair the 1.5MW wind turbine wear shaft

  • 摘要: 本文对一台1.5MW风力机主轴进行了激光熔覆修复。该主轴由于轴承轴径位置发生拉伤、磨损,该主轴损坏区域的尺寸已经不能满足主轴轴承的安装要求。对该主轴进行激光熔覆修复处理,进行粗加工、精加工等过程,最后进行超声波探伤和硬度检测、尺寸测量,确定该主轴的修复质量合格。

     

    Abstract: The laser cladding process for repairing a 1.5MW wind turbine shaft was introduced in this article. The shaft was damaged because of shaft diameter scratching and wear and cannot be used for installing the main bearing. The laser cladding method was used to repair this shaft. Rough machining and finish machining were carried out after laser cladding.And good repairing quality of the shaft was obtained finally used by the ultrasonic testing and hardness measurement.
