一起电焊引起的主变差动误动跳闸分析

  • 摘要: 介绍了一起变电站在增容改造项目中,由于保护装置采样板内部排线不合理导致主变B套差动电流回路B相绝缘护套破损与保护装置外壳不完全接触,存在电流回路不完全两点接地,在施工人员安装保护屏柜、用电焊机固定保护屏柜过程中,电焊机短路电流通过一次接地网流入至主变B套保护装置造成变压器差动保护误动的事故,分析了地电位差的影响、电流回路两点接地产生误动作的原因,最后提出了相应的措施。

     

    Abstract: It is introduced that in a substation capacity increase project, the failure of B phase insulation sheath of main transformer differential current circuit caused by unreasonable inner wiring of sample plate of protection device leads to incomplete contact between B phase insulation sheath and protection device Shell, there is incomplete two-point grounding in the current loop, during the construction personnel installing the protective panel cabinet and fixing the protective panel cabinet with the electric welding machine, the accident of transformer differential protection maloperation caused by short-circuit current flowing into main transformer b protective device through primary grounding grid of electric welding machine, the influence of ground potential difference and the cause of Maloperation of two points grounding in current loop are analyzed, finally, the corresponding measures are put forward.
