高背压机组热网循环水系统结垢和腐蚀问题的探讨

  • 摘要: 高背压供热机组由于良好的经济效益,在冬季供热电厂中应用越来越多。高背压机组热网循环水在运行中因pH值、硬度等指标控制不合适,以及管网停用保护不当,易产生换热器和凝汽器结垢、腐蚀的问题,给供热期间机组安全稳定运行带来了极大的风险。根据电厂高背压机组出现的热网循环水系统结垢和腐蚀问题,从运行数据分析了产生的原因,提出了水质控制和停用保护方面的处理措施,确保在供热期间热网系统的安全、经济和稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: High back pressure heating unit is more and more used in heating power plant in winter because of its good economic benefits. Due to the improper control of pH value, hardness and other indexes during the operation of the heating circulating water system of high back pressure units, and the improper lay-up protection of the network, scaling and corrosion of heaters and condensers are easy to occur. It brings great risks to the safe and stable operation of the unit during the heating period. According to the scaling and corrosion problems of the heating circulating water system in the high back pressure unit of the power plant, the causes are analyzed from the operation data. The treatment measures of water quality control and lay-up protection are put forward to ensure the safe, economic and stable operation of the heating network system during the heating period.
