Abstract: For the current, the evaluation index system of energy projects is only for a single project or a single aspect,which for new energy combined power project is lack.According to the features of the new energy combined power project, the integrated overall effect evaluation index system is studied. The integrated overall effect evaluation index system is established by four areas as demonstration effect, operating results, economic and environmental impact. Choose a actual operating data of a new energy combined power project as a numerical example. Actual examples show that the proposed index system can be more fully grasp the impact elements of the new energy combined power project and guide its development in the future.
