Abstract: a control strategy tuning method which can limit the maximum swing angle during the transient process is proposed in this paper. This method can obtain the control quantity to limit the maximum swing angle by only one time-domain simulation calculation. Firstly, the unstable situations are found by assumption and simulation. Applying simulation results, the control rule to restrict the swing angle can be calculated based on EEAC.
