Scheme of Intelligent Use of Electricity for Electricity Markets of Binhai New Area

  • Abstract: Abstract : Intelligent use of electricity is an important part of smart grid, which is a future direction of electricity usage . Scheme for a particular area is a valuable trial for promotion of intelligent use of electricity . Because of heavy load demand , a rapid development of electric vehicle and smart home , abundant renewable resource, scheme of intelligent use of electricity for electricity market of Binhai New Area is proposed . A structure of three-level responsibility and six-module technology is established. An encouragement for distributed generation is designed. A program of pricing subsidies to improve the users’ habit is advised . An example of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city , Binhai New Area is introduced , which further verified the feasibility of the scheme. 1. The introduction 2. The result is to encourage generations to connect to power grid between 9:00 and 18:00. 3.3 A stimulation method with user type Three types of users are illustrated. The comparison curve between the original load and load after pricing stimulation for the local users is analyzed (figure 4) . The result is to encourage electricity usage between 23:00 to 5:00. 4. Conclusion This article tells scheme of intelligent use of electricity for electricity markets of Binhai New Area . The structure of three-level responsibility, six-module technology is designed . The stimulation for distributed generation and users is proposed . The example of intelligent use of electricity of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city is illustrated ,which verified the feasibility.
