Abstract: Lack of effectiveness and low information-based level are two limiting factors in distribution network equipment quality control work. By absorbing advantages of “Industry 4.0”, this paper proposes an all-wave construction mode of quality inspection center to solve the problems. Firstly, the constructive idea of the quality inspection center is briefly introduced. Secondly, the high points are detailed, which are logistics automation, intensive detection and informationization management. Then the paper presents a concrete design scheme of the quality inspection center with some specific cased. And the further trend is forecasted based on the analysis carried on above. Based on the case analysis, it shows that the proposed model can be used to improve efficiency and form a closed-loop information system.
