Application of Load Allocation Algorithm to Low Voltage Distribution Network

Abstract: This paper focuses on the use of load allocation techniques for low voltage distribution network modeling. A load allocation algorithm is proposed for generating relatively realistic load profiles. The case studies examine the accuracy of the proposed load allocation algorithm based on monitored real-time data from distribution feeders and energy meters. The network topology validation is also investigated and included as part of the algorithm.
