Optimal Substation Planning of Active Distribution Network Based on Network

  • Abstract: In order to cope with the widespread access of distributed generation (DG) in distribution network and demand response(DR), a substation optimal planning method considering network load characteristics complementation is proposed in this paper. First, the DG output and the load timing demand response are taken into consideration for the reliability assessment of the cut of the net supply load(NSLC), and then the influence of DG output characteristics in different seasons ,weather and the timing demand response characteristics of the different types load under working days and holidays on the NSLC are analyzed. Then, a substation planning model for NSLC and the demand response cost is constructed. Finally, weighted Voronoi diagram method considering the net supply load reduction is used to solve the substation planning model, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example.
