Abstract:
A scientific and reasonable power emergency supplies dispatch model is essential to speed up the restoration process after damage of a power system. Given this background, a multi-objective power emergency supplies dispatch model is presented. Firstly, optimization functions are presented with the objectives of maximising the material satisfaction and time satisfaction of damaged nodes. Secondly, in order to solve the optimal value of the objective functions, weight parameters of emergency nodes are determined by considering the subjective and objective factors that affect the importance of emergency nodes. Finally, the IEEE 33-bus system and a power emergency supplies dispatch graph are employed for simulation analysis, and the scientificness and effectiveness of the developed model are verified comparing with the result of random scheduling.
