Abstract:
The continuous increase of power peak load and the rapid development of intermittent energy increase the difficulty of power grid peaking. Flexible load has the advantages of fast response, low economic cost, and can reflect the power demand and willingness of response of different users. This paper proposes new ideas that take use of extensive flexible load resources participate in the of power grid peaking and auxiliary services. Through investigation of flexible load response characteristics suitable for participation in peak load adjustment, Study on the flexible load polymerization response modeling, the analysis of the potential of polymerization, and the optimal configuration of peaking resources in turn in order to fulfill the flexible load to participate in the peaking and auxiliary services of the power grid, achieve the overall optimized utilization of the peaking resources of the receiving power grid, and improve the safe, reliable and economical operation of the power grid dispatching operation.
