Abstract: The release of the Several Opinions on Further Deepening Electric Power System Reform makes new changes on electric power industry in generation side, power transmission and distribution side and electricity market side. Based on the related content of the new electric power reform involved in distribution network reform, this paper expounds the influence on distribution network planning of the Power Grid Corp in three major areas: the reform of electricity market side, increment distribution business, the access of clean energy and electric vehicle. The influence of electricity price reform and increment distribution business on investment strategy of the Power Grid Corp is analyzed as well. Finally, the method for distribution network planning and investment decision of the Power Grid Corp adapted to the new situation is discussed.
