Abstract:
The power market has formed Diversified trading patterns and trading varieties after Retail electricity side open, with the help of game theory to analyze the competitive strategy in the new competitive retail electricity market can better guide the development of the business. Firstly, The application of game theory in the retail electricity market is analyzed. Secondly, the MCP and the PAB in the retail electricity market is studied, then two competitive bidding mechanisms are compared and analyzed. Finally, the game strategy model based on MCP bidding mechanism and the game strategy model based on PAB bidding mechanism are proposed.
