Research on the effectiveness of auxiliary decision model of distribution network

  • Abstract: In order to adapt to the new round of power system reform in the power grid enterprises traditional survival and business model impact, State Grid corporation duly put forward the strategic goal of building a modern company with "one strong and three excellent". In this context, the professional links are more and more urgent in the need of statistics, real-time information, etc., and higher requirements are put forward for the construction of strong smart power grid and efficient cooperative management of enterprises. At present, in power distribution network equipment management, the company are lack of unified statistical analysis of data source, network performance evaluation problems such as lack of theoretical support, the existing data statistical analysis model and project control mechanism can not meet the transmission network lean management reform, the new situation and new requirements. Paper based on the whole process of regional distribution network equipment information, statistical analysis to support business development of distribution network equipment system and auxiliary decision-making model research, to create "comprehensive, overall, the whole model, the whole process of" power auxiliary decision-making model, namely comprehensive data source, integration and management work, deepen the overall implementation of grid data application, the whole model assessment utilization efficiency, investment benefit and construction effect, the whole process of combing grid equipment series after the planning, feasibility study and evaluation of information, so as to realize the information of grid equipment associated automation, intensive management level, the lean project investment, improve the accuracy of the data statistical analysis and effectiveness, improve equipment utilization efficiency of power grid and the project process management level, better play the role of supporting statistics in management decisions. Power grid planning and precision investment are supported by high quality professional data. This paper takes Tianjin area as experimental unit, and researches auxiliary decision model of distribution network, from different aspects, such as data statistics, equipment operation, project control, decision-making and so on, solving problems such as scattered data layout, insufficient professional equipment fusion, and time lag of data obtaining, and improving equipment data support for investment decision-making ability, to realize grid equipment information with properties of automation and intensification, and to lay foundation for reasonable project arrangement and investment control.
