Abstract:
On March 15th, the Fushun region suffered from rain and snow and a large area of flashover and flashover accidents occurred. 8 lines of 66 kV lines tripped 14 times and 31 lines of 10 kV lines tripped 32 times. The blackout affected 466 kWh in the 10 kV zone. The power loss was 0.5 million kilowatts, and the power loss was 40.65 million kilowatts. Aiming at the characteristics of short ice cover duration, low ice density, and external insulation flashover in Fushun area, measures to prevent ice flashover were developed. Based on the five-character anti-icing policy of "avoid," "resist," "melt," "change," and "defend," the actual rectification measures in line with Fushun's power grid, which consist primarily of "reforms," were formulated.
