The research on electric power control center credit monitoring and management using cloud computing and smart workflow

  • Abstract: The technology support system of modern power dispatching control center has gradually presented the trend of networking, marketization and rapid development. Accordingly, it puts forward higher requirements on the availability, reliability, interoperability and flexibility of the grid control data and workflow model, and the construction of the credit grid control center system is imperative. In order to solve the problem of the above credit risk, this paper combines cloud computing with expert reasoning and workflow management in the field of artificial intelligence, redefines the workflow system according to the artificial intelligence control method, and constructs the integration of the virtualized Infrastructure as a Service, the control Platform as a Service, the credit evaluation of the power grid control center and the credit management Software as a Service and security management. Cloud computing framework enables the system to be reliable, intelligent and creditable on the underlying mechanism. The application of credit evaluation and credit management model in the large regional power grid based on cloud computing and intelligent workflow is a good solution to the problem of trusted data interaction and efficient workflow execution among the multilevel control centers. It provides a useful technique for the economic dispatch, energy saving, lean management and electricity market reform of the large power control center.
