Abstract:
Energy serves as the basis of social development. China’s economy faces resource shortage and environmental pollution while growing rapidly. China’s industrial energy consumption accounts for 70% of the total energy consumption, while this figure in developed countries is merely 33% or so. Hence, it is imperative to research into enterprises’ electric energy efficiency and emission reduction measures. This paper starts from the perspective of users’ energy consumption and builds a corporate user’s electric energy efficiency evaluation system based on the characteristics of typical industry power use and the principle of building an indicator system. It proposes 5 primary indicators (power quality, equipment management, production management, economic electric energy efficiency and environmental impact) from the perspectives of development quality and external coordination, which are further divided into 21 sub-indicators. Then, a multi-attribute network-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the electric energy efficiency of enterprises. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method is verified with the case of a port company, and proposals for improving electric energy efficiency are offered accordingly.
