Abstract:
In recent years, with the improvement of the living standards of residents, household high-power electrical appliances continue to be popularized, residents' demands for power supply quality have been continuously improved, and the problem of “low voltage” has become increasingly prominent. Most of the existing distribution transformer voltage regulators adopt no-load voltage regulation, and they need to change taps in the event of power outage. However, this type of no-load tap changer is not suitable for frequent adjustments. It is generally only used for seasonal adjustments, or for maintenance repairs.Since it is impossible to adjust the voltage offset in time, it is difficult to ensure the quality of power supply to the user. At present, a small number of distribution transformers with on-load voltage regulation method is selected, and traditional mechanical devices and electric actuators are still used in combination. The operation speed is slow, the number of voltage adjustments is limited, and the mechanical and electrical parts have a high failure rate. The arc generated by the tap-changer causes aging of the transformer oil insulation performance, which greatly affects the power supply reliability of the power grid. Aiming at the above problems, arcless on-load voltage regulation scheme using power electronic devices as OLTC auxiliary contacts was proposed. The design about hardware device and software control flow of the automatic voltage regulator module controller with arcless on load is completed. The use of the power electronic switcher has the advantages of arcless turn on or off and controllability of turn on or off time, which reliably triggers the turn on or off of the switcher. After verification, the design scheme and performance indicators can meet the application requirements and provide the basis and support for the follow-up operation.
