Abstract: This paper establish collaborative optimization effectiveness evaluation based on power grid project evaluation system of the regional power grid planning, into account both regional capability, reliability of power supply and power grid planning project economics. The paper establish the project collaborative optimization ratio model, considering the construction investment, power supply capacity and land resource utilization ratio and reliability level of the unit power supply area under different load levels of each scheme. A comprehensive quantitative economic and technological comparison calculation for regional power grid planning schemes is carried out, to establish the efficiency evaluation coefficient of power grid planning scheme. The evaluation model based on the collaborative optimization efficiency evaluation of power grid project is established to guide the selection of power grid planning scheme. Therefore, the comprehensive benefit of regional grid planning is improved. 1 Introduction When selecting specific power supply schemes in the process of regional power grid planning and reconstruction, it is necessary to consider the basic requirements of power supply, infrastructure investment and power supply efficiency. In regional power grid planning, the designer should be according to the planning regional economic conditions and load conditions, reasonably select and specific planning projects, power grid voltage grade sequence space truss structure, load ratio and so on technical principles. On the premise of guaranteeing the power supply, it is necessary to evaluate its reliability and economy. At present most of the planning scheme evaluation is aimed at a regional power grid one (such as economic benefit, the power supply reliability, etc.). The application of such a planning assessment method is difficult to fully consider the technical and economic means. a comprehensive quantitative economic and technical comparison calculation should be carried out for the regional power grid planning scheme, and the evaluation model based on the collaborative optimization efficiency evaluation of power grid projects should be established. Thus, it can be used to guide the selection of power grid planning schemes, and also very meaningful to improve the comprehensive benefit of the power grid. 2 Establish collaborative optimization model Establish a model that includes the construction investment, power supply capacity and land resource utilization ratio and reliability level of the unit power supply area, considering the factors such as capacity ratio, load density, substation capacity, power supply area, power factor, winding coefficient, average annual outage time of load point, etc. Put forward the efficiency evaluation coefficient. Calculate the efficiency evaluation coefficient for each power grid planning schemes. 4 conclusion This article put forward a comprehensive quantitative economic and technical comparison calculation for the regional power grid planning scheme, and the evaluation model based on the collaborative optimization efficiency evaluation of power grid projects should be established. The efficiency evaluation coefficient can be used for power grid planning. Thus, it can be used to guide the selection of power grid planning schemes, and also very meaningful to improve the comprehensive benefit of the power grid.
