Abstract: Theme of this paper is to reduce the output characteristics bias of doubly fed generator simulation model and real wind turbine. A modified model of doubly fed induction generator based on data measurement is presented in this paper. The mathematical model for simulating wind turbine is obtained by data fitting. Secondly, aimed at approaching real wind turbine output characteristics, the mathematical model is researched for improving the control strategy. Finally, a simulation example shown that the modified model can accurately imitate the output characteristics of real wind turbine and improves the simulation accuracy of the doubly fed induction generator.
