Abstract: The access of high permeability and large-scale distributed generation makes the operating environment of distribution network extremely badly. To solve the problem of safe and reliable access to distribution networks with large-scale distributed energy sources, through analysis and comparison this paper uses on-grid electricity price as the basic data to derive the power quality required by distribution networks. This paper establishes the Markov decision process model, defines the reward and punishment mechanism for different behaviors, introduces the particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the power flow calculation process and improves the convergence speed. Put forward the control strategy of distributed generation access to distribution network. Under the premise of ensuring the power quality is the highest priority, the maximum economic benefit of distributed energy is achieved, and more effective means are provided to solve the problem of active distributed power networks dissipating distributed energy.
