  • Abstract: Research on Failure Recovery Coordination Strategy of Main and Distribution Network based on Multi-source Data Yuxin Lin1Jianjun He2 Xi Xu3 1. Shantou Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation Background and Significance Failure recovery is important work for dispatcher after grid fault.During quick recovery of large area blackout, both main and distribution dispatch centers are hard to comprehensively control failure impact for lacking of effective technical support to coordinate and control.Sometimes the load emergency transfer operation of distribution network can aggravate heavy or overload section of main network and even cause secondary failure,which is not conducive to the quick recovery of the fault.In early study, most aim at independent failure recovery strategy of main and distribution network. The research on failure recovery coordination strategy of main and distribution network or key users' quick recovery strategy is mostly in the initial stage. On the basis of solving network modeling, network topology, trend calculation and information interaction of the main and distribution network, this paper studies coordination failure recovery strategy and coordination trend checking technology of main and distribution network to solve the problem of coordination recovery in the case of large-scale power failure. Meanwhile, the coordination fault recovery software based on multi-source data from EMS, DMS and Electricity Dispatching Platform has been successfully implemented in Shantou dispatching center. Research Content With multi-source data from main and distribution network and users, this strategy can realize regional power grid quick failure recovery function after large-scale power failure. Firstly, this system can obtain multi-source data of main and distribution network and users in real time. Fault identification module and weak link module respectively provide information about the failure area and the weak link equipment.Fault recover module gives out fault recovery operation scheme of main and distribution network coordination.Data flow relationships among functional modules are as follow: Figure 1.Fault event quick recovery auxiliary decision function module based on multi-source data Power grid quick recovery method after fault includes four parts: power failure area identification, fault recovery strategy, main and distribution network power supply path search, and main and distribution network security check. Firstly, analyze the power failure area based on the failure information or weak link information. Then, adopt section dividingfault recovery method with multiple targets of plant station, voltage level, bus step-by-step recovery, recovery strategy with key users, loss load and switching operation times.And recovery scheme can be prioritized. Next form an executable switch operation scheme by searching backup power points in a power failure area on main and distribution power supply path. Meanwhile, the operation scheme can be checked by the power flow calculation on main and distribution network coordination. Conclusion This paper puts forward the method of on-line automatic generation method of the fault recovery strategy on main and distribution network coordination and realizes main and distribution network coordination in the large-scale power failure accident. It is supported by network modeling, network topology, trend calculation and information interaction of main and distribution network coordination. And based on that, it integrates system real-time information, power grid model information, customer important level information, customer quantity information and loss load information.
