Abstract:
In recent years, with the continuous development of smart electricity meter, the measurement system in farm represented by agricultural irrigation electricity meter has been widely used in agricultural irrigation and agricultural production, which greatly promotes the agricultural development and enhances the food security. Because of the electricity power consumption increasing and the particularity of agricultural irrigation environment, more and more electricity problems in actual continuously emerge. These problems embodies in the following respects: (1) Electricity safety is not high and anti-theft is not strong; (2) The use of handheld meter reading device efficiency is low, the acquisition function is missing, which can not form a closed-loop management of electricity; (3) The imprecise electricity card addendum and the difficult accounting balance result in user disputes and complaints. In order to reduce the problems of electricity in the farms, a set of electricity management system based on fee control terminal has been developed by analyzing the needs of both users. This paper focuses on fee control terminal as the core, describes the structure, function, advantages and use scenarios of the rural electricity management system. It can be seen that the electricity management system based on the fee control terminal can solve the practical problems in agricultural irrigation, which will certainly have important implications for the development of agriculture.
