Abstract:
As mass of stochastic photovoltaic (pv) and wind power access, the randomness and volatility change the voltage, current and supply-demand characteristic of distribution network, thus affecting power absorption, safety and stability. In this paper, a new coordinated control strategy of load virtual energy storage system (LVESS) is presented, which is capable of improving stochastic power absorption in distribution network. First, the aggregation characteristics of typical temperature control loads which have good energy storage characteristics, such as air conditioners, refrigerators, water heaters are studied and the cluster power control model is established as LVESS. Refer to the battery energy storage state of charged (SOC), the virtual state of charge (VSOC) which is used to describe and tag the regulation ability of LVESS is evaluated considering the user comfort, load control signal and operation state. According to the model and VSOC, a two-level optimized coordination control model which takes into account both technical indexes and user electricity costs is put forward. The multi-objective model is solved to realize power allocation and coordination control, and resolve the problems brought by stochastic power source.
