Abstract: Based on the characteristics of electric power materials and combines the problem of warehouse site business management, the paper analyzes the necessity of building the on-site operation of power materials warehouse based on barcode, smart chip and so on. Therefore, the paper describes the design and key point of the system. The input of the on-site operating system of power materials warehouse based on barcode, significantly reduced the time of single operation of warehouse, the accuracy of operation was increased to 100%, secondary subcontracting is more flexible. In this paper, the integration of material management information system effectively improves the timeliness of job tasks. The standardization and rationality of the storage of warehouse materials are met by the Southern Power Grid.
