Abstract:
With the comprehensive implementation of 500kV unattended substation, centralized monitoring information is growing. For the requirement of fast treatment of information and data, big data theory has been gradually introduced in the field of power system. In this paper, the substation intelligent monitoring scheme under big data environment is investigated. Firstly, taking south of Hebei power grid as an example, substation centralized monitoring mode and present condition are introduced. Secondly, the newest technical specifications about power gird real time supervisory control & early warning(GB/T 33697-2017, DL/T 1709.4-2017) are also analyzed. Then, based on the theory of big data, intelligent monitoring solution is studied. The scheme mainly includes four aspects: intelligent inspection plan, signals intelligence surveillance, technical support of rapid fault treatment and inspection robot analysis. Intelligent inspection plan has the function of one key inspection and automatic output of inspection results. It can automatically inspect the key data such as switching current, line load, bus voltage, light word card and remote communicating value. Signals intelligence surveillance is realized by establishing four databases of warning explanation, warning cause and effect, equipment information and historical data, assisting the controller fully understand the meaning of alarm signals. The technical support of rapid disposal provides a strong support for the rapid and accurate reporting of fault information and discrimination of line distance resume of power delivery by integrating integrated intelligent alarm, fault recording, protection action information and industrial videos. The inspection robot analysis can provide auxiliary support for rapid and timely detection of equipment anomalies and defects, which can also provide rapid inspection about primary equipment and secondary equipment after the power grid fault. The functional structure block diagram of the intelligent monitoring scheme presented in this paper is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 The functional structure block diagram of the intelligent monitoring scheme The intelligent monitoring scheme provided in this paper can match the newest technical rules about the power gird real time supervisory control & early warning, which assists the controller to fully understand the meaning of alarm signals, lightens the load of substation attendant, improves the accuracy and speed of the treatment in abnormal or accident circumstances, so as to guarantee the safe operation of power grid.
