Abstract:
New energy sources such as wind and light are renewable and have good economic development prospects, therefore, at present, all kinds of wind power and the construction of photovoltaic power stations are becoming more and more popular, However, due to their characteristics of intermittency, volatility and randomness, large-scale wind and photovoltaic interconnection will have some impact on the safe and stable operation of the power system, therefore, by adding pumped storage power station to improve the reliability of new energy grid operation. This paper adopts sequential Monte Carlo method to analyze the influence of wind and optoelectronics on the reliability of power system. Considering the construction cost and the constraints of wind and light resources, the capacity allocation model of the wind power plant combined with power station during the planning stage is established. Explore the rational allocation of wind and light storage capacity to improve the reliability of power system operation and reduce the impact of abandoned wind and light.
