Abstract:
In order to assess the status quo of the smart grid comprehensive development level in various countries, this paper proposes an evaluation method combining combination weighting method and improved grey relational method. Combining with the concept of the smart grid, this paper establishes an index system that evaluates the comprehensive development level of smart grids from three aspects: infrastructure, operational effectiveness, and policies and regulations; through combination of the network analytic hierarchy process and the Emma-Kantitrary weighting method, an integrated weight vector is obtained.; through combining grey relational method with TOPSIS method , analyze the most ideal and the most unfavorable sequences, and the gray relation and the Euclid distance between the sample data and the two series are calculated , finally weighted evaluation result id obtained.
