Abstract:
Fuel cell is a kind of clean and efficient power generation technology. It has the prominent advantages of modularization and is suitable for distributed power supply system. Based on the Aspen Plus numerical simulation platform, a distributed energy supply system based on molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) was established. The parallel MCFC system and the series MCFC system were systematically calculated. The results show that the cogeneration efficiency of parallel MCFC system and series MCFC system can reach more than 80%, but the power generation efficiency of series MCFC system can reach more than 55%.
