Abstract: It has very important significance to improve non-hydro renewables integration and consumption based on demand side load resources. Through electricity substitution, market trading mechanism and flexible load price mechanism, load resources can improve the ability from increasing integration and consumption scale, improving the economy and enhancing the reliability these three aspects. An index system for estimating the contribution of demand side load resources to promoting non-hydro renewables integration and consumption was constructed, covering scale contribution rate, economy contribution rate and reliability contribution rate. A comprehensive evaluation method based on Delphi method and expert scoring method was proposed, dynamic changes of various indexes were analyzed in different periods of non-hydro renewables integration and consumption developing.
