Abstract:
The disturbance and threat of natural disasters and human attacks often lead to the failure of power system equipment, which will lead to power outages. This paper proposes a post-disaster power system resilience enhancement strategy, synthetically considering the failure components repair and power system operation dispatching. Combined with the vehicle routing problem (VRP) and the power system DC power flow model, a mixed integer linear model is proposed to rapidly restore the power supply of load with the minimal working duration of repair crew. Due to the long calculation time, the proposed model is reformed as a bi-level problem: the VRP master problem and the units dispatching subproblem, and Benders' decomposition algorithm is adopted to obtain the optimal solution, which greatly accelerate the solving process. The proposed model is applied on the IEEE RTS 79 system and verifies its effectiveness.
