Fast flexible charging strategy for electric vehicles based on lithium iron phosphate battery characteristics

  • Abstract: Lithium iron phosphate battery is widely used in the field of electric power vehicle batteries because of its long cycle life, high energy density and green environmental protection. This paper makes a research on the temperature characteristics of lithium iron phosphate battery voltage characteristics, combined with the battery state of charge (state of charge, SOC) proposed a strategy to ensure efficient charging battery life, so as to realize the rapid and flexible charging of the battery. Finally, the model is built on the MATLAB simulation platform to verify the results. The results show that the proposed method has obvious effect on improving the battery life, and has improved the charging efficiency to a certain extent.
