With the proposal of the goal of "carbon peak carbon neutrality", the wind power industry has developed rapidly, and the installed capacity of wind power has increased significantly.At present, horizontal axis wind turbines are widely used in the market. The horizontal axis wind turbines must use real-time wind vane measurement to send the flow direction to the control system, and the control system can be adjusted to the positive wind turbine in real time to operate normally. The accuracy rate of the initial installation direction of the wind vane will affect the power output performance of the wind turbine for a long time.At present, on-site personnel usually adjust the installation direction of the wind vane roughly by visual inspection, because there is a large deviation in manual visual installation, so that the wind turbine can not be directly against the wind power generation, and the loss of power generation is huge.This paper focuses on the design of a variety of convenient and efficient wind vane calibration devices for wind vane calibration and installation.
