一种基于激光点云的超/特高压带电作业组合间隙测量方法

A Laser Point Cloud-Based Method for Measuring Clearance between Combinations of UHV/EHV Live-Line Work

  • 摘要: 激光点数据已逐渐应用于电网自动巡检和辅助安全维护中,如何从大规模点云数据中快速提取拓扑信息并应用于带电作业规划具有较强的应用价值和工程挑战。研究给出一种面向超/特高压交流输电线路的带电作业组合间隙测量方法,通过抽取分类激光点云数据的轮廓信息,研究给出的方法能够高效针给定空间点计算组合间隙距离、减少因为激光点云原始数据采样误差所带来的距离计算误差,同时能够较为显著的提高距离检测的效率。研究基于河南省超高压500kV交流输电线路进行实验,表明所给出方法的精度和效率较直接基于点云计算有显著提升。

     

    Abstract: Laser point cloud data has gradually been applied in automatic grid inspection and auxiliary safety maintenance. Extracting topological information quickly from large-scale point cloud data and applying it to live-line work planning has significant application value and engineering challenges. This research proposes a method for measuring the clearance between live-line work combinations, targeting UHV/EHV AC transmission lines. By extracting the contour information of classified laser point cloud data, the proposed method can efficiently calculate the clearance distance for a given spatial point, reducing the distance calculation errors caused by sampling errors in the original laser point cloud data. It can also significantly improve the efficiency of distance detection. The research conducted experiments on the 500 kV AC transmission line of the UHV Line in Henan Province, demonstrating a significant improvement in the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method compared to directly computing based on point clouds.
