风电场经小电阻接地故障分析及整定计算

Analysis and Setting Calculation of Small Resistance Grounding Fault in Wind Farm

  • 摘要: 结合某风电场,介绍了风电场经小电阻接地故障时的集电线的零序网络和故障特征。分析了一起由风机箱变低压侧相间短路引起站内接地变跳闸,最终导致箱变烧毁的事故。针对事故原因提出整改措施,优化了集电线零序保护和接地变零序保护的整定计算,通过仿真验证其有效、极差配合正确。

     

    Abstract: Based on a certain wind farm, this paper introduces the zero sequence network and fault characteristics of the collector line during a small resistance grounding fault in the wind farm. Analyzed an accident where the grounding transformer in the station tripped due to a phase to phase short circuit on the low-voltage side of the fan box transformer, ultimately leading to the burning of the box transformer. Rectification measures were proposed for the cause of the accident, and the setting calculations of the zero sequence protection of the transmission line and the zero sequence protection of the grounding transformer were optimized. The effectiveness and correct range coordination were verified through simulation.
